When we say Jumbo Tamales, we aren't kidding. Each one of our tamales are three times larger than an average tamale. At approximately seven inches long and 3 inches wide, one tamale alone could satisfy your craving.

Our tamales are made from a special family recipe handed down from generation to generation. This recipe consists of a special blend of herbs, chile and spices, that is mixed into the tender, lean shredded meat, and surrounded by stone ground corn masa. We only use New Mexico Red and Green chile from Hatch New Mexico (known as the chile capitol of the world) to make our unique product.
